Policies
A 25% booking/damage deposit is required within 7 working days in the form of a personal cheque (with identification), bank draft, or money order to secure the booking. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of this booking/damage deposit. The full rental amount is payable 1 month prior to occupancy.
Your booking/damage deposit will be refunded within one week after completion of your stay, by mail.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations made less than 1 month prior to arrival will forfeit deposit.
No Pets and No Smoking
For those with allergies: the owners have a pet.
